Recognition is a pillar of our COR Management culture. We know how good it feels to be recognized by our peers when we reach a significant milestone in our lives, and we want to make sure everyone on our team experiences that satisfaction every time they hit a major goal, be it personal or professional. With this in mind, we wanted to officially congratulate three of our top performers for being promoted to leadership.
Mike, Patrick, and Peter have officially moved forward in their COR Management careers. Their hard work has helped them succeed in all the projects they’ve undertaken. They consistently ask the right questions and apply the feedback they receive, using their newfound understanding to make quick adjustments when needed and take their training to the next level. We are lucky to have them on our team and can’t wait to see what their future with our firm holds.
Success leaves clues, as the saying goes, and our three new leadership team members are no exceptions. They have embraced some classic frontrunner habits and used them to their advantage, such as modeling the behavior they want to see in others, which makes them trustworthy and predictable – two qualities required for success when leading others.
